A separate registered company, ADELODUN WORLDWIDE SERVICES NIGERIA LTD (Nigeria), also uses the ADELODUN WORLDWIDE SERVICES name. It is not the data controller for enquiries submitted through this website.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the type of enquiry, your message, your confirmation (via the consent tick-box) that we may use these details to respond, and the date and time your enquiry was saved. We ask you not to include sensitive personal information.

We use this information only to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

The lawful bases we rely on are our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries addressed to us and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into a contract. The consent tick-box on the form confirms that we may use your details to reply; it is not the lawful basis for every use of your information.

Enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by our website hosting provider, Lovable. The database is reported to be hosted in London, United Kingdom. It is not publicly accessible: visitors to the website cannot read, change or delete enquiries. Only the website owner can view them, through the hosting provider's management area.

Like virtually all website hosting, our hosting provider may process log data (which can include IP addresses and browser details) for security, analytics and billing purposes. This is separate from the enquiry records described above.

This website serves its fonts and other assets itself; it does not request fonts or other resources from third-party services such as Google Fonts when you browse the site.

Email notifications of new enquiries are not currently active. If enabled, enquiry details would also be sent by email to contact@adelodunservices.com.

We retain enquiry records for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, reviewed manually every three months. Records older than this are deleted unless a documented reason requires keeping them longer. Deletion is carried out manually; it is not automatic.
